- You should NOT change jobs, become self-employed or quit.
- You should NOT make any large purchases of any kind – furniture, vehicle, boat, etc.
- You should NOT make unusual large deposits-especially if they cannot be accounted for
- You should NOT spend money that has been set aside for closing or any additional money saved
- You should NOT co-sign a loan for anyone. No matter if you are primary or secondary signer.
- You should NOT use credit cards excessively or let accounts fall behind, or open new accounts.
- You should NOT change bank accounts, add or delete accounts.
- You should NOT originate any new inquires on your credit report.
- You should NOT borrow money from any banks of any kind or request large credit card advances
