There were 26 closed transactions in September
The median sales price of a single-family home was $983,750.
On average homes spent 117 days on the market and sold for 95.8% of their listing price.

Long Beach Island New Jersey Real Estate

Overall, there were three more closed transactions in September 2016 when compared to September 2015 and the median sales price was approximately $180,000 higher. A look at a year to date comparison of 2015 to 2016 show similar statistics with approximately 30 more closed transactions and a median sales price approximately $70,000 higher. In addition, there were three closed condominiums with a median sales price of $565,000. Overall we have seen strong improvement in both Long Beach Island real estate market in the Southern Ocean County real estate market as a whole.
