The real estate market in Stafford Township showed the following activity. Surprisingly, there were no closed transactions in the condominium or adult community markets, however new listings did enter market in each category. Stafford single family home sales were as follows:
- There were 13 closed single-family homes
- The median sales price was $249,875
- On average, homes sold for 98.7% of their listing price
Real estate sales in 2015 were on the whole in line with sales in 2014. There were three fewer closed transactions in March 2015 compared to March 2014, however the median sales price was approximately half a percent higher and homes sold for approximately 5% closer to their listing price. Overall in the year-to-date comparisons, the median sales price of a single-family home in Stafford Township is higher by approximately 8% however there have been fewer close transactions.
